For climbers who wish to reach their potential, 1:1 coaching is the way forward. Visual analysis of your climbing performance will highlight areas which need work, it is likely there is an area of weakness that is holding you back from that next grade or goal.
This program is perfect for those really looking to make some changes in their climbing and overall fitness and lifestyle. It includes 6 x 1.5 hr sessions spread out over the 12 weeks and a thorough personalised training program to follow.
This two hour session is designed for those with a fear of heights or general lack of confidence on a rope. Gradually developing trust in climbing gear and your personal ability will help you get over your fear so it doesn’t hold you down!
