Be Climbing analyses your performance to find the missing link that is holding you back from reaching your goals.
We then develop that area of your performance ensuring technical, mental and physical aspects are all addressed1.5- 2hr sessions are recommended
For climbers who wish to reach their potential, 1:1 coaching is the way forward. 1.5- 2hr sessions are recommended to gain a thorough analysis of your climbing performance. This will highlight areas which need work, it is likely there is an area of weakness that is holding you back from that next grade or goal.
This program is perfect for those really looking to make some changes in their climbing and overall fitness and lifestyle. It includes 6 x 1.5 hr sessions spread out over the 12 weeks and a thorough personalised training program to follow.
There are many reasons why we may have a fear or climbing; whether it be a fear of heights, a lack of confidence on a rope or a fear of falling this session is designed to help you manage this fear. We gradually develop trust in the climbing gear and learn to love the process of climbing- falling and all! Training our brains is just as important as training our muscles, its the most important and most neglected area!
