This first 6 weeks provides the support, knowledge and personalised advice needed to help you continue living a healthy life style there after. The key to Be Real is that it is NOT a conventional diet, it is a lifestyle change and an education in REAL food which is maintainable for life not just short term weight loss. It is a highly nutritious way of eating, supported by scientific research. It is designed to reset your appestat, thus reducing hunger and cravings leaving you satisfied for longer. It includes a bespoke 7 day food plan, recipes, food facts and a 1.5hour 1:1 climbing fitness session every week.

6 Week Remote Training Program

This remote program is for those who have decided to make a change for the healthy lifestyle and improve their climbing but need a bit of support and motivation to stay on track. This first 6 weeks provides the support, knowledge and personalised advice needed to help you train effectively and continue improving effectively there after. You will receive a training program to follow and we chat weekly regarding your progression during the end of week debrief. I am on hand for video analysis and to answer any questions / motivate when necessary.
